At Fix Yo Face, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. We believe you'll love Fix Yo Face products. If something isn't right with your order, reach out! We're real people and we'll always do our best to make it right.

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fixyoface.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Unopened Products

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
